Initial Consultation
Before booking a package of care with me I suggest booking an initial consultation where we will explore your needs and expectations to make sure I am the right midwife for you.
£75 (refunded off the cost of a package of care if you choose to book with me)
Full Package of Midwifery Care
Booking appointment
On call for you to answer any questions, help with any concerns (antenatally and postnatally) and for the birth of your baby from booking until 6-8 weeks following your birth.
Full antenatal care with all appointments in your own home at times that are convenient for you as a family (including evenings and weekends)
Birth debriefing and preparation to discuss your previous birth experiences and prepare for the birth you want this time
Support wherever you choose to birth your baby (homebirth – me and a second midwife will provide your midwifery care, hospital birth – I will accompany you as birth partner to the hospital of your choice)
Postnatal appointments in your home at times that are convenient for you as a family for at least 6 weeks (starting daily, becoming less frequent over the weeks following your birth according to what you need)
Access to all of the NHS screening for new babies, I offer the new born blood spot (heel prick) test at home and aim to provide the Newborn Physical Examination at home with the support of local colleagues.
